Arkansas faces unprecedented economic, environmental and national security challenges. We urgently need new jobs, stable energy prices, and freedom from dirty fossil fuels and global warming pollution.
With this in mind we have come together to create the RepowerArkansas Roadshow. We will travel around the state giving presentations about the climate crisis and how Arkansans can respond to this challenge in ways which will increase jobs, improve our state, and protect our natural heritage.
We will be asking Arkansans to join our effort, PLANetwork, to provide a citizen's action network to encourage the 2009 General Assembly enact key provisions of Governor Beebe's Commission on Global Warming.
